Delivery, returns & sizing

Delivery

We deliver to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery is free on orders over AED 120 and AED 15 below that.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to our UAE account. After you place your order we show you the bank details and your order number. Transfer the total, send us the receipt on WhatsApp, and we ship once the payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders are held for 24 hours.

Returns

Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are sent by bank transfer. Message us with your order number to arrange it.

Sizing

All kaftans come in one free size with a loose, relaxed cut and wide sleeves, made to fit most body types. Not sure? Message us before ordering and we will help.
